In 1977 Jose and Myrna Grijalva opened Joselito's in Burbank and named it after their eldest son, Jose.
Joselito's has grown up a lot since 1977, with the Tujunga location now owned by Jose and Tumara Grijalva, they strive to offer you only the best. Joselito's Tujunga only uses the highest quality Angus beef, all white meat chicken, fresh local produce, beans made without lard and real California cheese.
